Payment policy

The payment needs to be completed within 24 hours of the order place in order to confirm order.
The payment can be made via PayPal or Stripe via rosebear.uk website.

If your card transaction isn't approved, your order will be cancelled. Please contact your bank or card provider if you have any questions about this.

If there any doubts in payments legitimacy the order will be paused until further instructions.

Order will be shipped within the next 3 working days after the payment received.
The email confirmation of the shipment is sent within 1 hours of the order's shipment.


Return policy

We are happy to refund within 28 days for any unsuitable items, provided they are in an original condition.

Free return shipping for all damaged items after providing photo-proof of the item being delivered damaged.

Balance will be refunded within 14 days after you returned the items.
